I have one room left available for rent in a very nice student house which is in on the Singleton Park side of Brynmill, and is very close to the University - less than 10 minutes walk. This room has it's own en-suite bath, shower and toilet. I am asking £55.00 per week for it which includes water rates, but the cost of gas, electricity and internet charges will be shared with the other tenants. There is a shared kitchen and dining/lounge area and separate lounge, plus a large basement storage area and laundry room.
